When you put your home on the market, it's tempting to think that the only thing your buyers will see is what you choose to show them. But if you leave it empty, or with just your basics in place, buyers may wonder if you ever lived there at all. And one missed opportunity for showing can be the difference between selling and not selling-so it's worth it to plan ahead before listing and get your home ready for showing from day one.
