He asked detailed questions in our first conversation to identify exactly the type of home I wanted to buy. He eliminated the houses that did not meet my criteria. Patrick was very helpful by visiting the houses I was interested in, video taped them, edited them and sent them to me. He knew I was limited on my time when I came into town, so he had all the houses lined up and ready to view. He has been patient with me as I have many demands with my job and helping me know exactly my next steps. I have enjoyed working with Patrick and highly recommend him if you are looking for a home in the Houston and extended areas.
