Should you do a final walk-through before closing?

A final walk-through before closing is one of the best ways to ensure that you're getting the property you want in a condition that's up to your standards.

When you do a walk-through, it gives you a chance to make sure that everything is in order and that any issues have been resolved. You'll also be able to see how well appliances work, if there are any problems with fixtures or paint, and more.

This can also give you an opportunity to negotiate with the seller on any issues that come up during your inspection. If they fix things before closing, they may agree to lower their asking price as a result.
