It's a great time to be a home owner.
But if you're looking for serious home buyers, you'll want to do everything you can to attract them. Here are our top three tips for attracting serious home buyers:
1. Make your house look amazing. The first thing people notice about your house is how it looks from the outside. Make sure it looks inviting and clean with fresh paint and landscaping, and keep the inside looking nice, too.
2. Make sure the house is in good condition. If there are walls falling down, doors that don't close properly, or any other major problems, fix them before putting your house on the market!
3. Keep it priced right! It sounds simple enough—but too many sellers get so excited about getting their home on the market that they price it higher than they should be able to get for it, which means they won't get as many offers as they could have otherwise gotten (and thus won't sell as quickly).
